Implementation audit

A line-by-line reading of what your analytics application actually collects, compared with the tracking plan your teams still treat as current.

Typically 8–12 working days · Quoted after a briefing

Most analytics applications drift after the first launch. A product rename, a consent-banner change, a new checkout step, or a tag-manager tidy-up can leave events firing under old names, duplicate page views, or properties that no longer match the schema in your warehouse.

We sit with the live implementation: tag manager containers, software-development-kit calls, data-layer pushes, and the configuration inside the analytics application itself. The deliverable is a findings file that maps each intended event to what is present, missing, duplicated, or silently transformed.

You receive a ranked list of defects, a recommended repair order, and a short session with your developers so the next sprint can close the gaps that actually move reported numbers.
