Reporting integrity audit
A review of the dashboards and scheduled exports people actually quote, including calculated metrics, sampled explorations, and silently filtered views.
The analytics application may be collecting a usable stream while the report someone pastes into a slide is not. We inventory the explorations, looker-style boards, and CSV exports in active use, then reconstruct each number from the underlying event or session tables.
Common findings include comparison dates that exclude a campaign, user-scoped filters applied as if they were event-scoped, currency mixed across properties, and calculated metrics that double-count refunds.
The output is a register of reports: keep, fix, or withdraw. We annotate the ones leadership still quotes so the next monthly pack does not rest on a broken exploration.
